Data is stored securely in Spond and the RFU Game Management System (GMS).
Access is limited to authorised club officials, coaches, and safeguarding officers.

The RFU (for player registration and insurance).
Coaches and team managers (for team organisation and emergency contact).
Safeguarding or medical professionals, if required in the interests of player welfare.
